Delivery & Returns

Free delivery: There is free delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £200.00 ex.

VAT. Delivery Charges:
1.Standard UK Delivery is for UK mainland only
2.A delivery charge of £7.50 (£9. inc. VAT) will be charged for orders on any order with a value of less than £200.00 ex. VAT.
3.Delivery is usually made within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and payment being received
4.Orders placed after 12 mid-day on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday, for delivery Tuesday onwards.
5.Standard UK delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
6.Standard UK delivery excludes delivery during weekends
7.Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Change or cancel an order:
1.If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0844 800 2533 any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please quote the order number and date the order was placed.
2.If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Goods to be returned:
1.Any items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, providing the products are unopened, undamaged and in full resalable condition. 2.Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. 3.Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.
